Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least five years of experience recruiting for technical roles in software engineering, data engineering, platform engineering or cybersecurity required
  • Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging and qualifying passive technical candidates required
  • Strong understanding of software engineering, data engineering and cybersecurity skill sets required
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes required
  • A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s San Francisco office at least three days per week required
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-assisted sourcing platforms and/or similar recruiting tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with technology leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and define forward-looking recruiting strategies
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from proactive outreach through offer execution
  • Proactively identify, engage and qualify passive candidates through modern sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and technical communities
  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines
  • Advise hiring partners on talent market dynamics, candidate expectations and effective hiring practices
  • Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance
  • Collaborate with recruiting and employer brand partners to strengthen Gallup’s presence in technical talent communities
