About The Position

Levelpath is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for our Engineering, Product, and Design teams. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to create and execute against our technical hiring plan. Expect to be challenged both in the scale of hiring and maintaining a high bar for technical excellence. This is an opportunity to build the foundational engineering processes upon which the whole organization will grow. You’ll be supported by a team that has significant prior experience in scaling high-performance technical teams and will provide you the resources you need to be successful.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience with a focus on technical roles (Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Product Management) including demonstrated career growth.
  • Proven ability to own talent acquisition processes during a period of rapid growth within a high-growth company.
  • Strong track record of building effective partnerships with technical leadership and understanding complex product roadmaps to meet hiring goals.
  • Expertise in managing a complex recruitment pipeline, including leveraging and optimizing technical assessment tools and ATS platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design at Levelpath.
  • Build and execute a hiring process across multiple complex technical searches while holding a high bar for craft and culture.
  • Manage both the recruiting process and your internal stakeholders to ensure the recruiting process is moving forward efficiently.
  • Ensure a clean handover from the top of the funnel to closing, providing a "white glove" candidate experience.
  • Own recruiting platforms and tools with a drive for continual process improvement in technical sourcing and assessment.
  • Implement sourcing processes to build a robust talent pipeline, including deep-dive sourcing for niche technical roles and managing third-party specialized firms.
  • Maintain data integrity of the pipeline and provide data-centric updates to engineering leadership regarding market trends and conversion rates.
  • Earn the trust of our team, candidates, and vendors through honesty and candor.
  • Work closely with the leadership team from the San Francisco HQ.
