About The Position

WOOD is seeking an Entry‑Level Recruiter to support candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline maintenance for mission‑critical hiring needs. This is a hands‑on recruiting operations role focused on outreach, documentation, and keeping candidate pipelines active and ready. This position is ideal for early‑career professionals who are detail‑oriented, people‑focused, and eager to learn the recruiting craft in a high‑tempo environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 0–3 years of recruiting, sourcing, HR, or customer‑facing experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (iCIMS, Workday) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sourcing and outreach to candidates across technical and non‑technical roles.
  • Support screening conversations and maintain ongoing candidate engagement.
  • Keep ATS records accurate and updated in iCIMS and Workday.
  • Maintain warm candidate pipelines for both forecasted and active roles.
  • Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination during active hiring cycles.
  • Document candidate notes, availability, and alignment to labor categories.
  • Ensure smooth candidate communication and a positive candidate experience.
