Recruiters play a critical role in our organization and are key contributors to our long-term success. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 0–5 years of experience who are eager to learn, highly organized, and take pride in delivering a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective candidates
  • Review and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants for multiple roles
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client brands and job responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruiting schedules across multiple accounts
  • Book and manage Zoom and in-person interviews
  • Track candidate progress using ATS platforms
  • Generate and maintain recruiting reports and candidate data
  • Post and manage job advertisements across various job boards
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet hiring goals and deadlines
