As our sales teams continue to grow, we’re looking for a people-person to join our recruiting team and help us find motivated sales talent. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, building connections, and learning recruiting from the ground up. As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you’ll help bring in door-to-door (D2D) sales reps/project managers for our roofing sales teams. No recruiting experience needed — we’ll train you. If you’re confident, outgoing, and not afraid to talk to new people, you’ll fit in. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, in-office position in Cedar Park, TX.

Requirements

  • Comfortable talking to people on the phone and on video
  • Confident, energetic, and able to “sell” the opportunity
  • Organized, detail oriented and able to juggle multiple candidates at once
  • Reliable, professional, and willing to learn
  • Basic computer and admin skills

Responsibilities

  • Finding and recruiting candidates for door-to-door sales and project management roles
  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, outreach, and local events
  • Conducting video interviews (required)
  • Scheduling and coordinating in-office interviews
  • Attending job fairs and recruiting events (required)
  • Explaining the role, expectations, and earning potential to candidates
  • Keeping job postings updated and maintaining a steady pipeline of applicants
  • Helping with onboarding paperwork and new-hire processes
  • Tracking candidate info and basic recruiting metrics
