Requirements

Recruiting and technical recruiting expertise.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Strong customer service and rapport-building abilities.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 2+ years of proven IT recruiting experience in an employment or search firm setting.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

Conduct full life-cycle recruitment for IT positions, focusing on a diverse member base.
Advise candidates on career pathing and skill development.
Collaborate with account managers and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Consult with hiring managers on recruiting processes and feasibility of hire.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies with team members.
Ensure hiring aligns with company policies and diversity commitments.
Network proactively to build strong industry relationships.
Partner with hiring managers to obtain leadership approvals and extend offers.
Ensure accurate entry and tracking of applicant data in the ATS.
Assist in company-wide projects such as employee surveys and diversity initiatives.
Develop and maintain recruiting metrics.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with HR regulations.
