We are searching for a strategic Technical Recruiter and Strategy Partner in our Talent Acquisition organization to join our recruiting team in Dayton, OH. As a Recruiting and Strategy Partner, you will bring outstanding value by leveraging your subject matter expertise in finding and attracting highly skilled technical talent to MTSI. You will be a trusted business partner to your stakeholders. Your positive attitude and customer support mindset will drive you to succeed in this role in partnership with your hiring managers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements of roles and functions to identify the best candidates. Develop effective sourcing strategies with the objective of presenting multiple qualified candidates for each opening. Source, engage and recruit passive talent by researching, creating, and executing creative sourcing strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates. Focus on sourcing cleared level candidates and be able to identify, qualify and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, including recruiting for proposal efforts and business development opportunities. Conduct market and competitor research; gather intel through prospect contact and share with the team for action. Locate, contact, and screen candidates for basic qualifications, interest, salary availability and more. Track, develop and maintain pipelines/pools of active and passive candidates. Utilize proactive search techniques using recruiting tools (such as Clearance Jobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, others), networks of internal & external referrals, Boolean internet searches, social media searches, professional and/or personal networks to identify active and passive candidates. Performing full lifecycle recruiting activities when required to include candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer negotiation, closing, and building high quality pipelines of cleared candidates. Manage all candidate activity within iCIMS applicant tracking system (ATS) while complying with OFCCP guidelines. Travel occasionally for hiring events or other recruitment-related activities. Perform other duties as required. Creates and fosters relationships with colleagues and diverse professional organizations to attractant recruit critical skilled candidates, alumni, and diversity applicants. Maintains records on applicant flow and outreach efforts. Attend job fairs, events, conferences, and college recruiting activities as necessary.
