About The Position

Wizard is the top-performing AI Shopping Agent, delivering the best products from across the web with unmatched accuracy, quality, and trust. We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter to help scale Wizard’s engineering and AI teams. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to build strong, high-quality teams. This is not a transactional recruiting role. You will be a strategic operator and partner. You will work directly with leadership and hiring managers to understand their organizations, influence hiring decisions, and build scalable processes with Wizard.

Requirements

4-7 years of experience recruiting for technical roles
Experience recruiting engineers and technical talent in fast-moving startup or scale-up environments
Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates
Ability to understand technical roles well enough to screen effectively and guide hiring managers
Excellent communication skills, organization, and stakeholder management
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building process where needed

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting and the candidate experience for assigned roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, what success looks like and craft appropriate interview plans
Source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels
Manage candidate pipeline, ensuring strong communication with partners, people leadership, and candidates
Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Help evolve recruiting processes, tooling, and best practices as the company scales
Represent Wizard’s culture
