About The Position

The mission of Aero-Flite is to provide exceptional firefighting aircraft and customer service in support of our ground firefighting partners. Our vision is to continually strive to improve our safety and service while offering greater value to our partner agencies. Summary As a member of the Planning & Records department this position will receive, review, maintain and file source documents of aircraft, engines, and other related technical aircraft information for input and maintenance validation to ensure airworthiness of assigned aircraft to include records with a variety of alpha/numeric data entered onto various storage media. Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum one (1) year data entry experience.
  • High level of accuracy with data analysis, alpha and numeric skills in a busy environment.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills required.
  • High standard of alertness with attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to adapt to evolving procedures.
  • Dependable, flexible, and self-starting.
  • Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of aviation regulatory requirements is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and transact completed maintenance in Aircraft Tracking Program.
  • Updates Technical logbooks.
  • Update maintenance board.
  • Manage original flight logs and maintenance records.
  • File and research/recall maintenance records.
  • Support Maintenance personnel.
  • Other duties as assigned.
