The Department of Economic Security, Office of the Director, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Records Program Administrator. This position oversees the agency’s Public Records Request system and Records Management program, ensuring efficient, compliant handling of records across all divisions. This role leads to cross-functional coordination to resolve records-related issues, manages system improvements and upgrades, and enhances user experience through training and support. The Administrator supervises daily public records operations, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment in accordance with applicable laws and policies, while providing leadership to Records Unit staff. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures. The State of Arizona strives for a work culture that affords employees flexibility, autonomy, and trust. Across our many agencies, boards, and commissions, many State employees participate in the State’s Remote Work Program and are able to work remotely in their homes, in offices, and in hoteling spaces.
