About The Position

This position is mainly responsible for the quality management of raw, in-process, and finished products/materials within the scope of China Jushi USA Co., Ltd. and is responsible for leading the members of this team, management of finished products, various data collecting, summarizing, and reporting, etc... As a team leader for this department, your job responsibilities are as follows:

Requirements

Minimum of 1-Year Experience in a Manufacturing Setting
High School Diploma or Higher Education
Able to multi-task
Proficient in Computer Skills
Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated to work independently with high regards to quality of product.
Statistical process control skills

Responsibilities

Plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of trial materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with customers relating to quality trends, performance, and corrective actions.
Provide technical support to customers when required.
Identify training needs and organize training to meet quality standards.
Follow up relevant department quality training as scheduled monthly.
Responsible for all internal, external, supplier, and customer audit documentation and scheduling.
Analyze quality performance utilizing statistical and analytical tools and methods.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
Interact with manufacturing and production teams to optimize documentation related to quality and inspection checks.
Investigate and provide documentation relating to all quality and production incidents.
Cooperate and support with relevant functional departments.
Follow all other directions of the leadership chain.
