You will take ownership of demanding assignments in software development projects within the automotive industry. Your responsibilities will span diverse areas, with the specific tasks depending on client needs and your individual strengths. They will include some of the following but not all within the same project: You own scope and timeline, anage and coordinate embedded software development projects throughout the lifecycle. Define technical project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with customer requirements. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including software engineers, hardware engineers, and QA specialists. Facilitate effective collaboration and knowldge exchange with cross-functional teams to align technical, business, and quality objectives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Serve as the primary technical contact between internal development teams, suppliers, and customers. Drive project planning, monitor project progress, manage backlog prioritization, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry norms. Track KPIs and project status to ensure transparency and timely delivery. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management. Ensure adherence to agile or hybrid project management methodologies. Drive continuous improvement in processes and tools for embedded software projects.
