You will identify goals, dependencies, and gaps. Projects will have high visibility and you will have the opportunity to facilitate across a broad array of stakeholders. In this role you will wear many hats - leverage your unique combination of skills in business acumen, architecture, project management and delivery management. It provides you opportunity to be part of delivering customer focused enterprise level solutions.

Requirements

  • AA or BA in Business Administration, Health Informatics, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5+ or more years as a Project Manager experience managing complex projects.
  • PMP or PMI-ACP strongly desired.
  • At least 2 years of prior experience in healthcare or insurance industries
  • Understanding of new product and product enhancements
  • Ability to identify and analyze business and technical requirements, manage multiple software development efforts, drive rigorous testing, and coordinate product launch.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional, cross-organization teams to negotiate and assemble project plans, secure commitments on deliverables, and resolve blocking issues.
  • Demonstrated experience for understanding complex business problems and driving high-quality, innovative, and robust technical solutions.
  • Stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
  • Possesses knowledge and demonstrated experience employing project management best practices and methodologies
  • Advanced computer skills with knowledge of MS Office Suite products and industry standard project management tools (i.e., Smartsheets, ADO, Trello)
  • Strong problem solving, time management, business analysis and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing project plans, cost/benefit analysis, budgets, and project performance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Strategice Initiative and/or Portfolio projects and execute on strategic-level deliverables
  • Responsible for successful delivery of projects on-time, within scope, and within budget identified by senior management
  • Deliver and track output performance to ensure customer and business value
  • Think critically to solve difficult problems with complex solutions and widespread impact
  • Develop and communicate expectations and success measures with the team and partner.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and constraints
  • Work closely with development teams to build and launch new products, features, and/or programs
  • Operate successfully in ambiguous environments
  • Focus on strong communication skills between business units and assigned technical resources
  • Participate in project governance process, ensuring sponsor and leadership alignment
  • Monitor and track project execution to success by removing blockers and always finding the path forward in challenging situations
  • Escalate conflicting priorities with other projects and matrixed team member
