About The Position

Be the Technical Project Manager Behind Major Automation Implementations – TPM II Owns the process to develop functional and integration specs, coordinate software development and configurations, execution of test plans and coordinate go-live activities for software and controls scope of warehouse automation projects for external clients. Works closely with client, internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure contractual functionality is delivered within scope, quality, cost and schedule. What does Element Logic offer? Responsibilities

  • Creates Functional Specification Document.
  • Creates client Host Integration document.
  • Coordinates delivery of software and controls modifications, configurations and integrations.
  • Creates and executes integration and acceptance test plans.
  • Works with Project Manager to develop detailed project plans for software and controls scope.
  • Be the project manager for projects whose scope is only software and controls.
  • Monitors milestones and generates status reports.
  • Manages schedule and ensures resources for: Electrical High Voltage and Low Voltage.
  • Mechanical (in coordination with Project Manager)
  • Handover from commissioning
  • Controls, scanners and cameras installation
  • Software installation
  • ATP (Acceptance test plan)
  • Training
  • Go-Live
  • Handover to support
  • Retrospective
  • Evaluates and manages project risk.
  • Identifies opportunities to create change orders.
  • Reviews client-supplied network/power drops.
  • Reviews required Servers and Control Panels.
  • Software Delivery Director.
  • Technical Project Manager II
  • Works closely with Launch Project Manager and site resources for Go-Live activities to close open issues and handover site to client and customer success.
  • Trains and develops lower level TPM's on processes.
  • Any other activity deemed necessary by management.
