This internship offers hands-on experience supporting Agile project management and software delivery processes in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Interns will assist with sprint coordination, project tracking, and reporting while working closely with cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for students interested in gaining practical exposure to technology, operations, and business processes. This position is expected to start in May 2026 and continue through the entire Summer 2026 term (through August 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 12 weeks, part-time and on-site.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
Basic Knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks
Exposure to Jira for project management
Experience with PowerBI or Tableau for data/dashboard management

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on exposure to agile methodologies, scrum practices, and software delivery processes
Support with sprint ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Support tracking and monitoring sprint progress, identify deviations, and assist with corrective actions
Assist with maintaining Jira boards, dashboards, and documentation to improve visibility into project status
Help prepare and report project status to key stakeholders
Support change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of process changes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
