The Technical Project Coordinator is a member of the team who supports the delivery of data‑informed solutions through strong organization, coordination, and attention to detail. This role partners closely with Product and Engineering team members to help keep work organized, priorities visible, and day‑to-day execution running smoothly. The role supports how work moves through RecogNation’s development process by assisting with task coordination, maintaining clear documentation, organizing backlog items and tickets, and helping ensure requests and information flow to the appropriate teams. Under the guidance of more senior team members, this role contributes to sprint and planning activities, helps organize insights and inputs from across the business, and supports the resolution of incoming support requests. This role collaborates with cross‑functional partners—including Customer Service, IT, Sales, and others—to support data accuracy, process clarity, and effective communication. While this role does not own product strategy or technical decisions, it plays an important role in helping translate ideas into well‑defined, actionable work that teams can execute with confidence. This position is well‑suited for a recent college graduate who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and interested in gaining exposure to product development, technology, and cross‑functional collaboration. The role requires regular and predictable on‑site presence at our Grand Rapids, Michigan location.
