About The Position

Paradigm is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for our client in the legal industry to drive strategic initiatives and complex technical programs across cross-functional teams. This role ensures successful delivery of high-impact projects by aligning stakeholders, managing risks, go-to-market plans, and program schedules to ensure timely delivery. Type: 1 year contract Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid) Benefits: Paradigm offers medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, PTO, and sick days.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field or similar years of experience in program management
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or engineering leadership
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication skills are required with a variety of clients, internal partners and executives
  • Strong Technical Acumen (Cloud, APIs, Data Platforms understanding) combined with Agile/Scrum methodologies and KPI tracking
  • Microsoft Ecosystem Experience: Azure DevOps, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams and Office 365
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
  • Occasional travel may be required based on program needs (typically once a quarter)

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certifications are strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • Partner with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to define scope, milestones, and success metrics
  • Drive program planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple teams and geographies
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve cross-functional issues, and ensure timely delivery of program objectives
  • Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and executive-level reporting
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership through steering committees and governance forums
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships as needed
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
