About The Position

This role is designed for a technically proficient leader who can manage complex, cross-functional engineering programs from inception to delivery. You will coordinate across Engineering, Product, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure timely execution of projects while aligning with business priorities. The position requires balancing technical expertise with program management skills to drive impact, remove blockers, and maintain high-quality deliverables. You will also implement processes for scalable execution, monitor performance metrics, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of program management experience leading complex, cross-functional engineering projects.
  • 5+ years of experience with software development best practices, including tools and process improvements for multi-team initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Master’s degree, Ph.D., or equivalent experience; prior experience managing cross-team projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of technical programs, including planning, prioritization, dependency tracking, risk management, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program goals, scope, and key deliverables while translating requirements into actionable plans.
  • Monitor program metrics, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
  • Improve and standardize processes to enable scalable and reliable delivery across technical ecosystems.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, including external contractors or contributors, to ensure alignment with engineering standards.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly to leadership and engineering teams.
  • Support capacity planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives across programs.
