About The Position

The Technical Program Management (TPM) function is the vital bridge between technology and business stakeholders. Our mission is to realize Cisco’s vision of an autonomous, AI-driven enterprise through disciplined execution, stakeholder alignment, and value delivery. You will join a high-impact team driving the adoption of AI process initiatives across the global enterprise. We’re looking for someone who is a strategic thinker, capable of translating high-level business needs into actionable platform outcomes. You are an AI enthusiast with a strong understanding of AI and machine learning lifecycles and how they differ from traditional software development. You excel as a change agent, driving adoption in complex, matrixed environments, while also being highly detail-oriented and organized, ensuring no detail is missed in project plans or documentation. You are a clear and effective communicator, able to articulate project status and technical blockers to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you are process-driven and enjoy building and following SOPs to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a certification or degree program (e.g., Associates, Apprenticeship, Boot Camp, or Certification in a specialized program + 3 years of relevant experience, High School Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience, Bachelors + 2 years of relevant experience) or Masters + 0 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience includes project management, program management or software development settings.
  • Experience in project coordination, technical documentation, or business analysis.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Smartsheet/Project, and collaborative documentation tools.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and program management frameworks.

  • Good internship experiences or past work experiences in corporates settings preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end SDLC/PLC for complex AI solutions, ensuring all artifacts (PRDs, SDLC checklists) meet Cisco’s development standards.
  • Execute on and refine the "Ways of Working" guide, deprecating legacy processes in favor of AI-driven workflows.
  • Create and maintain core artifacts, including RACI matrices, handover checklists, and meeting cadences.
  • Maintain KPI dashboards (WAU, Automation %, Time-to-Value) and prepare weekly tactical reports for leadership.
  • Act as the point of contact for the "Voice of the Customer" (VOC) loop, triaging issues versus feature requests in the issue tracker.
  • Support the execution of advocacy events, such as Hackathons, workshops, and AI Champion training sessions
