About The Position

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, as well as experienced product managers and senior leadership. You will also engage with senior leadership to align product strategies, present key insights, and implement process improvements, all while contributing to high-impact projects. You will drive projects with market analysis and product definition while applying product management skills and methodologies. You work cross-functionally through Cisco channels, business units and internal organizations and work with product managers to build: Product strategy documents including marketing requirements Product requirements Product life-cycle-commit process Job-role analysis You will present to the leadership and other members of the organization, identify process gaps and process implementation planning as you continue to support and further build change management processes.

Requirements

  • Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a certification or relevant degree program (e.g., Associates, Apprenticeship, Boot Camp, or Certification in a specialized program) + 1 year of relevant experience, High School Diploma + 2 years of relevant experience or Bachelors + 0 years of relevant experience or Masters. Relevant fields include: Business, Supply Chain, Communications, Mathematics, Finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Solid understanding of product management, supply chain, demand planning, logistics and project management methodologies
  • Able to legally live and work in the country for which you’re applying, without visa support or sponsorship

  • 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried forward from one calendar year to the next
  • Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members
  • Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer
  • For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco’s policies.
