About The Position

Nucleusteq is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to oversee a complex enterprise data warehouse migration to Snowflake on Azure. The TPM will manage multi-track delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones are achieved within schedule and budget.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program/project management experience, including 3+ years in data modernization or cloud migration programs.
• Proven experience delivering Snowflake or Azure data platform programs.
• Strong understanding of ETL, data modeling, and BI lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive levels.

Nice To Haves

• PMP, CSM, or Azure Cloud certification preferred.
• Experience in banking or financial regulatory environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Snowflake migration program, covering architecture, ETL, validation, and BI.
• Establish and manage program plans, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to remove delivery blockers and maintain velocity.
• Manage vendor teams, offshore delivery partners, and business stakeholders across IT, risk, and compliance.
• Track KPIs, costs, and utilization metrics; ensure alignment with executive sponsors.
• Oversee PCI DSS, SOX, and data security compliance throughout delivery.
• Facilitate steering committee updates, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
