About The Position

We are hiring a Technical Product Manager embedded within the GTM organization to represent sales and customer needs in product development and help scale our advertising platform.   This role serves as the bridge between Sales, Customers, Product, and Engineering translating advertiser insights, campaign performance data, and market trends into clear product requirements, feature improvements, and new platform capabilities. The TPM will ensure the platform supports advertising revenue growth, campaign performance, and scalable operations for SMB and mid-market advertisers, while also monitoring competitive AdTech and MarTech platforms to keep our product ahead of industry trends and aligned with evolving customer expectations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in AdTech, MarTech, or digital advertising platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • Deep familiarity with advertising platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and other publisher ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of advertiser performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, attribution, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience working with advertisers across SMB, mid-market, and agency environments.
  • Proven ability to translate customer needs and sales insights into technical product requirements.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Experience analyzing competitive AdTech and MarTech platforms and translating insights into product improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the voice of sales, agencies, and advertisers in product development.
  • Translate advertiser feedback, campaign insights, and GTM needs into clear product requirements and engineering priorities.
  • Improve existing platform features and help develop new capabilities that support advertising performance and revenue growth.
  • Ensure the platform supports campaign execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other publisher ecosystems.
  • Lead competitive intelligence across AdTech and MarTech platforms, identifying trends, product gaps, and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align product roadmap with GTM strategy.
  • Create and maintain customer-facing product documentation and sales enablement materials.
  • Support workflows and integrations with CRM platforms such as HubSpot CRM and Service Hub.
  • Help scale product capabilities that support SMB and mid-market advertisers and agencies.
