We are seeking a strategic and technically distinguished Technical Product Manager to head the development and implementation of our next-generation Virtual Manufacturing, Digital Thread & Digital Twin Integration. This role serves as the critical bridge between Product Design (originated in Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE) and Manufacturing Engineering (authored in Siemens Teamcenter). You will manage product teams, solicit complex business requirements, and lead the strategic "Build vs. Buy" decision-making process—determining when to leverage Siemens COTS functionality (EasyPlan) versus developing custom solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a rare combination of deep domain knowledge in process planning and high-level technical expertise in Teamcenter architecture, including Active Workspace customization and ITK. Your mission is to ensure a seamless digital thread that carries the common occurrence thread of consumed parts from design through to simulation, line design, and real-time plant floor execution via IIoT. Based in Dearborn, MI, this is a hybrid position with a required four-day onsite presence each week.
