About The Position

The Technical Product Manager, Senior is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of pre-pay healthcare products. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to deliver innovative solutions that address evolving market and customer needs. You will define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives while maintaining a strong customer focus. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in healthcare or technology-related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in payment integrity solutions is highly desirable.
• Product Owner or Product Management certification, or Pragmatic Marketing certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex product lifecycles and deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for pre-pay solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the payment integrity sector.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap informed by customer feedback, market needs, and business priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define detailed and achievable product features and requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including concept development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor product performance through key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.
• Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations and security standards, including HIPAA and PCI-DSS.
• Serve as a product evangelist internally and externally, providing clear communication of product positioning, benefits, and target customers.
