About The Position

Pizza Hut is looking for a Technical Product Manager, Martech Deployment to join our growing team within the Pizza Hut U.S. Marketing Department! This role focuses on developing and translating strategic initiatives into customer facing deployments, always focused on optimizing the customer experience and driving business growth with our reachable customers.

Requirements

  • You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays
  • 7+ years of experience in B2C CRM channel execution and customer data-driven marketing and strategy
  • Strong bias for action and demonstrated desire for ownership & accountability
  • Ability to work closely with development teams, both internally and externally
  • Manage agency relationships and be a key contact for agency partners
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both team leader and team player roles
  • ESP platform experience (experience with Braze is a plus, not required)
  • Must love pizza

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (epics, features, stories, sprints) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence) a plus
  • Experience with Braze platform
  • CDP experience is preferred (experience with Treasure Data is a plus)
  • CMS/DAM experience
  • QSR or agency experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development team from the front of the charge, upholding technical best practices with a heart for the team
  • Working cross functionally to understand stakeholder requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for your team and others via tech briefs, business requirement documents, or epics/user stories
  • Sharing MarTech platform expertise by spreading knowledge of current and potential future features to empower the best in customer experiences
  • Understanding and building MarTech integrations, data flows, journeys, and personalization and finding new ways to leverage technologies to better digital experiences
  • Leveraging Agile frameworks to ensure high quality, efficient execution and customer experiences
