About The Position

Our Sr. Product Directors obsess over their customers and pride themselves on developing features their customers love. They track the behaviors and outcomes of every feature they launch, only to keep improving the journey with each release. They listen to customers, their teams, stakeholders, SMEs across the empire while always considering the overall strategy of Caesars when they are creating, prioritizing, and sometimes negotiating items their team’s backlogs and roadmaps. Sr. Product Directors are natural leaders who inspire and deliver. We’re seeking a strategic, data driven Sr. Product Director to lead our Marketing Technology (Martech) capabilities. You will define the product vision and roadmap for the platforms, tools, and integrations that power personalized marketing, customer lifecycle automation, segmentation, campaign orchestration, real-time decisioning, and measurement. You will own the end-to-end MarTech stack and enable Marketing, Growth, CRM, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver targeted, timely, and impactful customer experiences at scale. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing operations, customer data, activation pipelines, and highly regulated environments. Your passion inspires those around you to come together and create experiences which delight our customers. You’ll define the product strategy and roadmap, lead a team of Product Managers, and drive measurable impact across growth, trust, and operational efficiency. This position sits at the intersection of Marketing, Growth, Data Science, CRM, Analytics, Compliance, and Engineering.
