The Technical Product Manager (TPM), reporting to the VP, Transformation, will serve as the primary link between business stakeholders, product owners, and the development teams, driving the successful delivery of innovative products and solutions. This role will define and prioritize the product backlog, facilitate cross-functional teamwork, and champion efforts to transform processes and enhance operational efficiency, all while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This role will serve as the product lead for core EDI capabilities, requiring deep expertise in data operations across 834 enrollment files, 270/271 eligibility transactions, X12 standards, and NCPDP pharmacy formats. The TPM will function as the subject matter expert for eligibility and benefits data, including medical, pharmacy (Rx), and membership - ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient file processing that supports operational excellence and enhances the member and partner experience
