About The Position
Lead multiple transformative digital technology modernization initiatives across diverse clients and portfolios. Develop and manage comprehensive master program plans, including project objectives, resource allocation, schedules, and ongoing performance monitoring throughout the program lifecycle. Establish and manage the IoT ThingWorx Platform and lead multiple proof-of-concept initiatives. Facilitate and drive Agile and SAFe ceremonies, including idea generation workshops, PI Planning, daily Scrums, Scrum of Scrums (SoS), PO Syncs, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Weekly Squad calls, and Walk-the-Wall sessions. Design and lead application and platform migration strategies. Define technical approaches for integrating enterprise applications and services with third‑party vendor platforms.
