As a Manager at Allata, you'll play a pivotal role in driving client success by managing projects, leading teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will use your expertise to evaluate and implement strategic frameworks, guide project execution, and create strong relationships with clients while embodying Allata's core values. Your leadership will extend to developing team members, promoting collaboration, and actively managing project profitability in alignment with the company's objectives

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to evaluate, select, and implement technology and business frameworks.
• Proficiency in providing accurate project estimates and managing budgets.
• Experience in risk management and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Expertise in client relationship management and business networking.
• Practical experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance delivery efficiency, innovation, and business outcomes.
• Strong technical versatility, with the ability to work across multiple programming languages and technology stacks, including Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
• Experience with modern cloud platforms and services, such as AWS or Microsoft Azure, with the ability to support scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions.

• Participate and lead internal initiatives to support company growth and innovation.
