As a Technical Manager – Mechanical, you will be responsible for updating mechanical content for our Knowledge Den and Syska’s technical standards and specifications. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering from an Accredited Institution
- 15+ years’ experience working in a consulting firm, this is a Senior level role that requires a background in the MEP Engineering Industry
- Part-time position – Less than 20 hours a week.
Responsibilities
- Creating Technical Content for our Knowledge Management Database called the Knowledge Den
- Creating/Updating the Company’s Specifications
- Creating/Updating the Company’s Standard Details
- Creating/Updating firmwide Calculation Spreadsheets
- Training / Mentoring Junior Engineers
- Helping our software engineers develop Copilot for Knowledge Den

- Actual pay range for candidates will be commensurate with candidate’s experience, skillsets and competencies and may differ based on the cost of labor in their particular location.
- Syska wide Pay Range $104,652 — $182,000 USD
