About The Position

As the Technical Learning and Development Specialist for Magna New Mobility, you will design, implement, and manage training programs that empower employees and customers to effectively use our products and services. Your role is critical in ensuring that our workforce and clients have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving mobility technology environment. You will collaborate with internal teams to create engaging learning experiences and continuously improve training effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years in training, learning & development, or instructional design roles required.
• Prior experience with program/training material development required.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to create engaging and effective training content.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s preferred.
• Experience in technology or automotive industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for employees, customers, and partners on Magna New Mobility products, services, and processes.
• Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and videos.
• Lead onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for customers to maximize product adoption and satisfaction.
• Identify training needs through surveys, performance data, and feedback; adjust programs accordingly.
• Track and analyze training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback; implement improvements.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other tools to deliver and manage training content.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
