Job Description: Are you passionate about healthcare and skilled in remote training? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning And Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs for our remote call center agents. As a key member of our team, you will help train agents to effectively engage with patients and deliver our RPM (Remote Patient Monitoring) and CCM (Chronic Care Management) services.   • Design and update comprehensive training content focused on RPM and CCM, tailored specifically for remote call center agents.
  • Deliver and develop training materials, resources, and presentations to ensure high-quality training delivery.
  • Align training programs with organizational goals, objectives, and standards.
  • Lead engaging and interactive five-week virtual training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
  • Employ a variety of teaching techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure retention.
  • Provide continuous coaching and feedback during training to foster improvement and growth.
  • Track trainee performance through key metrics such as QA scores, data accuracy, sales effectiveness, and retention rates.
  • Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to refine training programs.
  • Report training outcomes to management with actionable insights for program improvement.
  • Facilitate continuing education and refresher courses as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in remote healthcare services and training technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR and operations to support onboarding and employee development initiatives.
  • Meet and exceed monthly training goals, focusing on team performance during On-the-Job Training (OJT) and the initial 60-day production phases.
  • Drive KPIs related to quality assurance, patient engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment.

  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Proficiency in remote training tools and software.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate training role, preferably in a call center or healthcare environment.
  • Proven experience with virtual training platforms and remote learning tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent experience may also be considered.
  • Familiarity with RPM and CCM concepts is a plus, but not required.
  • Clinical Credentials preferred.
