The AI Context Group within the Data Platform Product Line is building the foundation that powers intelligent experiences across HubSpot. Our work focuses on making HubSpot’s AI capabilities meaningfully smarter by leveraging rich context about our customers — their brand identity, products, markets, and ideal customers. We’re creating the systems and interfaces that make this context visible, trustworthy, and actionable across the entire product. We are launching a new, high-priority effort around Foundational Customer Context , and we’re looking for a Frontend Technical Lead to help build and lead it. At HubSpot, Tech Leads are the heart of our engineering teams. This is a hybrid role where you’ll combine strong individual contributor skills with technical, product, and team leadership. You’ll be the founding Frontend Technical Lead for a new team responsible for building the user-facing experiences that allow customers to: View and manage foundational business facts (e.g., brand identity, ideal customer profile, addressable market) Understand how those inputs power AI-driven experiences across HubSpot Maintain control over the context that shapes their intelligent workflows This initiative has broad product impact and high visibility across the organization.
