The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing OSHA required safety training (HAZWOPER, Confined Space Entry / Rescue, Fall Protection etc). This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, meticulous documentation and a commitment to quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hazardous materials response and environmental
• Minimum of 2 years instructional experience
• Valid driver's license
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft powerpoint and excel
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• Hazardous Materials Technician
• NFPA 1081 Industrial Firefighter
• NFPA 1001/1002 Firefighter
• Experience with product transfers

Responsibilities

• Conduct in person training at Ambipar offices across the region
• Document all training and exams
• Assist with advanced technical training at the ARTC campus in Pueblo, CO
• Maintains accurate records
• Update the Ambipar LMS as required
• Sell technical training to outside clients and regional clientele
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and industry regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned
