About The Position

As a knowledgeable and engaging Technical Instructor at Lam, you will be shaping a skilled workforce in advanced semiconductor hardware maintenance and operation. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to craft course content specifications and provide engaging lesson plans. Through a blend of classroom lectures, online formats, multi-media, & hands-on laboratory sessions, you will deliver impactful instruction to our teams and clients while equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving technical landscape. Must be open to travel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or educator.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and audiences.
• Background in Semiconductor hardware maintenance

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training for internal external trainees.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to trainees during laboratory, multi-media, & simulator sessions
• Provide feedback on training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to improve skills.
• Support & maintain lab equipment to provide the highest level of training.
