About The Position
As an Technical Development Manager, you will make an impact by leading a team of skilled engineers to deliver high-quality solutions in the Merchandising and Finance & Accounting domains. You will be a valued member of our Technology & Engineering team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and innovation. In this role, you will: Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Oversee managed services programs and ensure operational excellence. Provide technical guidance on SQL Server and Azure DevOps best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with business objectives. Implement software development and project management best practices to optimize productivity. Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure quality through rigorous testing and validation. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Drive adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance engineering outcomes. Manage resource allocation and timelines for efficient delivery. Support team development through mentoring and training opportunities.
Requirements
- 10-14 years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
- Must have experience as a Technical Project Manager.
- Ability to lead large managed services programs.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server, including database design and optimization.
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in SQL for writing and troubleshooting complex queries.
- .Net language or framework background.
- Excellent client communication and team management skills.
