About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of hands-on experience with large, complex datasets across multiple systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, advanced dashboard development).
Strong working knowledge of SQL for report development and analysis.
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar automation tools.
Familiarity with AI tools and techniques (Azure AI, Copilot, OpenAI APIs).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong documentation skills for data requirements, metadata, and reporting assets.
Advanced dashboard, report, and data model building in Power BI.
Strong command of DAX, SQL, and data modeling.
Experience applying AI tools to enhance analysis and automate tasks.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
Skilled in designing intuitive, interactive visuals.
Capable of automating manual reporting and enabling scalable, self-service solutions.
Strong ability to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Effective collaboration with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Clear communication of technical findings to non-technical audiences.
Innovative, accuracy-focused, and eager to learn emerging technologies.

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related discipline preferred.
Experience with other data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik) is a plus.

Present data using intuitive visualizations, AI tools, and storytelling techniques.
Integrate data across systems to support segmentation, outreach, and strategic initiatives.
Leverage AI to automate tasks and drive innovative problem-solving.
Analyze helpdesk data to support operations and automate recurring reports.
Promote data literacy and foster a data-driven decision-making culture.
Maintain and enhance the data catalog with AI-supported solutions.
