Maayvin is seeking a Technical Capabilities SME II to serve as a senior technical leader supporting OUSW(R&E) Mission Capabilities and Prototyping & Experiments (P&E), providing expert systems engineering, mission engineering, prototype assessment, and technology protection across multi domain programs aligned to OUSW (R&E) This position is pending contract award. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with SAP eligibility. Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, scientific, or technical discipline that is related to PNT and/or C5ISRT
  • Minimum of ten (10) years experience as a Chief System Engineer (CSE), or a Deputy CSE for a major technology program (or portfolio of programs) valued at over $100M to include experience providing leadership and oversight of complex technology design, manufacturing, integration, and/or test programs
  • Minimum of eight (8) years experience in leadership capacity on classified programs at the SCI level or higher
  • Minimum of eight (8) years experience in military tactics and technical methods focused on control and protection of Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) data in contested environments, to include role of C5ISRT to support military operations
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience of overseeing technical requirements and assessments for new and emerging capabilities
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience executing activities in support of the DoD 5000 series acquisition lifecycle process
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience using Agile Development processes.
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience establishing and managing a formal risk management process for a technology development program
  • Military or DoW experience
  • Minimum of eight (8) years experience with systems that integrate and analyze data from multiple sources and countering these systems
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with SAP eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical analysis and assessments of proposed prototypes and experiments; validate designs and Key Performance Parameters (KPPs) using high fidelity modeling and quantitative/qualitative methods
  • Provide programmatic and technical oversight for end to end prototyping, roadmaps, Systems Requirements Review/System Function Review/Test Readiness Review/Design Readiness Review (SRR/SFR/TRR/DRR), execution tracking, and stakeholder integration
  • Plan and support demonstration and experimentation campaigns; capture lessons learned and CONOPS; inform scaling to programs of record
  • Drive software/system architecture decisions and agile development/test practices in mission/system of systems context
  • Execute technology and program protection activities (Program Protection Plan/Critical Program Information/Security Classification Guide (PPP/CPI/SCG) reviews, System Security Engineering (SSE), hardware/software assurance) and contribute to policy/standards
  • Provide rapid surge support for reviews, tests, red teaming, independent assessments, and conference/meeting capabilities
