About The Position

Koniag Management Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a SME II Technology Capabilities Analyst with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KMS and our government customer at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Fifteen (15) years’ technical experience in a field related to developmental/operational testing, systems engineering, or operations analysis. Ten (10) years’ experience planning and conducting analytical studies and experimentation to validate system design, specifications, and performance.Ten (10) years’ experience utilizing high-fidelity modeling environments to support verification, validation, and analysis of complex systems. Functional and practical knowledge of the DOTMLPF-P integration framework and ten (10) years’ experience developing analysis and recommendations within it. Ten (10) years’ applying quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to solve complex problems and inform high-stakes decisions.

Requirements

  • An advanced degree (Master’s or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree) from an accredited college or university in engineering or physical science discipline(e.g., Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Computer Science, Information Technology, DataScience, Robotics, Computer Architecture and Machine Learning, etc.)
  • TS/SCI (SAP eligible) clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Military or DoW experience.
  • Five (5) years’ experience supporting SAP projects.
  • Five (5) years’ experience with DoW programs

Responsibilities
