About The Position

The Innovation Solutions Engineer drives creative solutions and leads the development of technologies to meet unique Global Strategic Account (GSA) requirements that cannot otherwise be fulfilled with standard product designs.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in thermal engineering or product development
Proficiency in CAD tools (Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks) and thermal analysis software
Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve existing thermal management solutions
Experience with modern control systems and monitoring technologies
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and technical solutions
Knowledge of current cooling technologies and efficiency solutions
Experience with product lifecycle management tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Track record of implementing innovative solutions
Experience with modern materials and manufacturing techniques
Ability to lead technical teams effectively
Forward-thinking mindset with focus on practical innovation
Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Design and optimize thermal management solutions using modern engineering tools and modeling techniques
Develop innovative liquid cooling solutions incorporating modern control systems and monitoring capabilities
Create custom solutions through applied thermal engineering principles and contemporary technologies
Establish testing methodologies and implement performance validation frameworks for thermal/structural systems
Lead project teams in developing enhanced cooling technologies
Drive technical solutions through data analysis and modern engineering tools
Collaborate with key stakeholders and industry partners to advance cooling solutions
Maintain and optimize product specifications using modern PLM tools
Identify and implement improvements in thermal management efficiency
