About The Position

Join Lentegrity as a Technical Business Analyst! Lentegrity is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team. This role is responsible for translating business needs into effective technical solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a natural curiosity for understanding systems and processes, and a proactive mindset for identifying and driving improvements across the business. This position plays a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency, supporting system implementations, and delivering technology solutions that support the auto finance business.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical or IT environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven experience mapping, analyzing, and documenting end-to-end business processes
  • Experience with project management and visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Visio)
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including test planning, execution, and tracking

  • Experience in the auto finance or mortgage industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end business requirements gathering from initial discovery through solution delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze and interpret data and research insights to support informed business and technology decisions.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and pain points, and recommend scalable, technology-driven solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on business processes, systems, and projects.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of how business operations function and identify opportunities where technology can enhance effectiveness.
  • Use SQL to analyze datasets, validate requirements, and support reporting and insights.
  • Create and manage project plans, track milestones, and identify schedule risks.
  • Develop project charters defining goals, objectives, scope, and success criteria.
  • Partner with the Project Manager to monitor project performance, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Perform functional testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Manage business readiness for system implementations through documentation, training, and change support.
  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and issue resolution.
  • Track and manage business user requests in JIRA, ensuring adherence to IT service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide regular status updates and communicate progress to project managers and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with change management processes and applicable financial services regulations.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation during critical business events.
