About The Position

What You’ll Do Support requirements gathering and documentation for mission-critical technical programs. Translate customer needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria. Interact directly with customers to collect feedback, validate workflows, and liaise between users and Torch.AI engineering teams. Assist in building workflow documentation, process maps, and mission use case artifacts. Support sprint planning by organizing backlog items and tracking delivery dependencies. Participate in customer meetings and capture action items, decisions, and requirements changes. Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify scope and ensure requirements are testable and measurable. Help validate delivered features against customer expectations and mission outcomes.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, technical coordination, or requirements documentation.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous mission needs into structured documentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile processes and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to DoD/IC mission environments.
  • Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, or cloud environments.
  • Experience writing testable acceptance criteria and user stories.
  • Interest in AI-enabled systems and decision-support workflows.
