Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical Advisor (SETA Support) to provide daily support an innovative program. You will support high-visibility efforts by coordinating schedules and program activities, developing and reviewing technical materials, and communicating program status and outcomes across a wide range of audiences. You will work closely with government stakeholders and project teams to ensure timely execution of program priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; engineering/math/science).
  • Experience providing program management support, including coordination, scheduling, and task execution.
  • Strong technical writing and technical documentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate via written, oral, and visual media including PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage rapid-response requests with limited direct oversight.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a team while also executing tasks independently and on time.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • TS/SCI required

Nice To Haves

  • Engineering, math, or science background.
  • Prior experience providing onsite support to DoW and/or DARPA programs.
  • Experience developing technical briefs and documentation to communicate program status to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating activities supporting efficient program execution, including technical support and transition activities.
  • Experience developing plans, making recommendations, and facilitating efficient program operations across multiple effort.
