About The Position

Parsons is seeking an experienced Technical Advisor / Multi-Intel Analyst to join our team and address operational challenges for the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community (IC) to support operational users by integrating IC tools and services, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across various intelligence disciplines and possess the ability to adapt to challenging situations, solving problems as they arise. Must be comfortable working independently and demonstrate a high level of motivation and initiative, while providing hands-on instruction and clear guidance is essential. A strong dedication to the mission and the ability to deliver innovative solutions are critical for success in this role.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI is required
  • 8+ years of IC/DoD analyst experience
  • 10+ years of mission capability experience and experience with common IC intelligence applications
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with peers, leadership, and customers
  • Demonstrated ability to bring new or innovative solutions to problems
  • Broad community knowledge of sensors and disciplines and the ability to leverage and communicate this intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance experience to teammates and customers
  • Experience in processing and visualizing data and an understanding of the processes and procedures necessary to request, coordinate, and task collection
  • Knowledge of customer tasking, collection, and processing tools to perform limited analytics and development

Responsibilities

  • Gather customer requirements and developing integrated solutions to meet those needs
  • Understand customer/operational requirements and implement new functionality into software products
  • Document and communicate highly technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and effective manner
  • Provide on-site support and on-the-job training for both current and emerging capabilities and applications
  • Identify gaps in the workflows and help prototype solutions in an effort to fill those gaps
  • Willingness to travel (5 - 10%) in support of exercises, surge support, etc. as needed to support Customer requirements
