Coordinate daily administrative tasks to support operational and departmental needs for Executive Vice President. Maintain organized records, schedules, and documentation with strong attention to detail. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using various digital tools. Assist with meeting coordination, including logistics, materials, and communication. Support team members by prioritizing tasks, managing information flow, and responding to requests promptly. Work with engineering drawings, environmental permits and reporting.
