Technical Account Manager
About The Position
We are looking for a full-time Account Manager for our Janitorial Manager product. An effective Account Manager has excellent problem-solving skills, knows how to use their resources, works well on a team, takes initiative, and is very detail-oriented. In this role, you would be responsible for working with new and existing customers by: Setting up new customer accounts Installing software for new customers On-boarding new customers and teaching them how to use our software to optimize their business Providing training to system administrators and end-users Re-onboarding low usage customers Monitoring account for admin and end-user usage
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Local to Toledo, OH
- 10% travel
- Mobile app troubleshooting skills
- 3 years of technical support and software implementation experience
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products
- MS Office intermediate level
Responsibilities
