About The Position

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our growing business in North America. In this role, you will help craft and execute technical strategies to drive customer adoption and usage of the Gravitee Platform across globally based enterprises. The Technical Account Manager serves as the technical champion for assigned customers. Your technical expertise and customer‑facing skills will enable you to effectively represent Gravitee within customer environments. The close relationships you build will allow you to understand your customers’ business, operational, and technical needs and challenges. This role offers the opportunity to proactively help enterprises accelerate their digital transformation initiatives. Occasional travel is required. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Solutions Architecture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with customers of varying sizes
  • Experience in Professional Services functions within a fast‑paced software or SaaS environment
  • A strong desire to solve complex technical problems with minimal day‑to‑day supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain complex technical concepts
  • Prior experience administering or interacting with Access Management platforms (API management experience is a strong plus)
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Software development experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java or Python)
  • Customer Facing experience
  • Experience working in a startup or scale‑up environment

Responsibilities

  • Support customers during onboarding, including architecture design, product configuration, and use‑case implementation
  • Effectively manage and track top‑tier customer projects, including issue resolution and escalation on behalf of Product and Services teams
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers and serve as their trusted technical advisor and long‑term partner
  • Establish and articulate business value, helping customers achieve defined goals and ROI from the Gravitee platform
  • Help existing customers understand the Gravitee value proposition while identifying post‑sales challenges and turning them into growth opportunities
  • Understand, document, and advocate for customer use cases, architectures, and technical roadmaps
  • Champion customer needs internally, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management on feature requests and roadmap alignment
  • Support other Gravitee teams through demonstrations, content creation, and marketing activities that drive platform adoption
