We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Account Manager to join our growing team. About the Role: As an Account Manager at Digacore Consulting, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand our services. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator, and possesses a strong understanding of technology and business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand clients' needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Technical background or understanding of IT services is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field, OR equivalent experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and align our solutions to meet their needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare reports on account status, revenue forecasts, and sales activities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads.
