About The Position

The position of Technical Account Manager is to lead the day-to-day delivery of Voyager Labs Solutions to customers. Responsibilities fall into the following categories: · Project Planning, Control & Accounting focused on Project P&L. · Delivery Commitment & Quality management, including Release Management. · Customer management. · Define the Project Scope, Requirements and Deliverables working alongside the customer, Product, Sales and R&D Units. · Manage customer’s needs & priorities within Voyager Labs and secure commitments from cross-functional teams. · Develop and Manage customer relationships & high level of satisfaction by delivering timely and quality solutions to the customer as per the agreed scope and schedule. · Support the Product Sales activities, including the responsibility of the Voyager Labs commitment process. · The position is located in the East Coast.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects at law / federal enforcements organizations.
  • Experience with law enforcement organizations.
  • Proven experience with Cloud and SaaS project delivery.
  • Proven experience with on-prem solution components. Ability to design and present Network, System & Virtualizations architectures.
  • Experienced in project planning with components flow, writing technical diagram and charts, and Gantts. Presentation skills.
  • Technical understanding of installation, upgrading systems based on Docker and K8S.
  • Familiarity in databases, Virtual machines and System operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years of project/program management and business management experience.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
