Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience in a client-facing, technical account management, or IT sales role.
  • Strong technical background in security, server administration, cloud computing, and Mac/Windows environments.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and advocate for client needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for technology and client success.

Nice To Haves

  • BS in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring their technical needs are met effectively.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve client systems and infrastructure to optimize performance.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers, gathering feedback to drive enhancements in products and services.
  • Partner with the Service Desk Manager to address client inquiries and support needs.
  • Lead renewal and upsell efforts, ensuring clients have the best solutions for their evolving needs.
  • Provide technical training and guidance, helping clients maximize the value of the company's services.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop technical roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
